How to Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day window expires. Once your return is approved, please send the item(s) back in their original condition.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please use the return process instead.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Exceptions
Certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened.
